New Construction in Naples: Enbrook
Enbrook, a gated community located in south Naples on Manatee road, features a variety of twin villa homes with coastal designs. All the homes surround two large lakes, offering placid, picturesque views. The homes are being built by D.R. Horton, America’s largest homebuilder, with a heavy presence in southwest Florida. Downtown Naples, with its world class shopping and dining is just a 21-minute drive. When complete, there will be 298 attached villas.
Amenities abound with a planned clubhouse which will house a large social room, recreation room, a catering kitchen, and fitness center. Adjacent to the clubhouse will be a myriad of sports activities, including tennis, pickleball, and bocci courts. Additionally, there will be a resort-style pool.

The monthly CDD fee of $165.75 includes professional management, on-site security, lot lawn maintenance, irrigation, street light maintenance, and common area maintenance and insurance.
All units will have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Since they are twin villas, the homes will each be 1,503 square feet. If the lanai and garage are added, the square footage is 2,057.
The base price for all units is $367,335.
While many units have been pre-sold, for those who purchase soon, the homes will be ready for occupancy in August 2021.
