If your dream home includes the prestigious location of Naples, Florida, a one-family home with front and rear garden areas, very generous acreage, and a great price point, look no further than the new construction being offered by D. R. Horton, America’s leading home builder. The homes in Golden Gate Estates, currently under construction, are in various phases of completion; some will be ready for move-in a few weeks, others a few months. Each home from beginning of construction to move-in ready takes only 5 months. Five homes have already been sold.
Each home is situated on a very generous 1.14-acre plot. The units are each 75’ wide and an impressive 660’ deep. There are currently 3 home styles to choose from. Each move-in ready property will include tile in the social and wet areas, carpet in all the bedrooms, washer and dryer, window blinds, rain gutters, sprinkler system, storm panels, and all appliances. Each home will also have a tasteful, large paver driveway to the main road. Also, the dwellings will be beautifully landscaped, including a fully sodded front and back yard.
The homes will have 3-4 bedrooms, and all contain 2 full baths and a covered lanai, plus a 2-car covered garage. The areas for the 3 styles ranges from 1672 to 1828 square feet. But in each case an approximately 100 square foot lanai adds to the homes total area. Additionally, the garages are about 430 square feet.
The only additional cost is the lot premium which is a very reasonable $2000 - $5000.

The total price, including the optional upgrades and the lot premium, ranges from $271,000 to $283,000.
But there is one more piece of good news! Currently an incentive is being offered of $3,000 which can be used toward the upgrades (if updates are desired) or toward closing costs. Additionally, through special arrangement, another incentive consists of a $5,500 closing cost contribution when financing with Supreme Lending and closing with DHI Title. Finally, a third incentive of $1,500 is offered to a buyer qualifying as a civil servant.
This incentive package can add up to a total of a $10,000 credit toward closing.
