Midtown at Bonita Adds Two Major National Retailers
Growth continues in Bonita Springs as Midtown at Bonita, a new mixed-use development along Bonita Beach Road near I-75, announces the addition of two nationally recognized retailers: TJ Maxx and Ulta Beauty. Their arrival marks another milestone for the 68-acre project, which is quickly becoming one of the area’s most anticipated lifestyle destinations.
Midtown at Bonita is designed as a walkable, live-work-play community combining retail, dining, wellness services, residential living, and future hospitality space. Once completed, the development is expected to include approximately 315,000 square feet of commercial space alongside apartments and a planned hotel.
The new tenants join an expanding lineup that already features a mix of national brands and local favorites, including Jeff’s Bagel Run, Gelato & Co., LowBrow Pizza, Mathnasium, and additional service-based businesses. Developers aim to create a vibrant community hub that serves both local residents and seasonal visitors.
Construction is actively progressing, with several retail buildings nearing completion and tenant build-outs expected to begin soon.
