The new lots offered will feature single family homes comprising a total of 23 residences, roughly evenly divided between two sections: Trevi and Ancona. These new residences will all be located on canals where residents can navigate their boats to the lake.
The Trevi homes will be villa style and sit on quarter-acre lots. The square footage will start at about 2,500 square feet. The final cost of the lot and the home will be about 1.5 million dollars.
Ancona lots will be a half-acre and the square footage will start in the low 3,000s. The total price for the lot and residence will start at about 2.2 million.
The above prices are estimates in that the buyer can help custom design the home to their own standards.
Additionally, buyers can choose between four elite builders: Seagate, Harbourside, Ruttenberg, and Divco.
