New Development: RiverCreek in Estero
This 300-acre community of private homes is gated and manned 24 hours a day. Located about a 30-minute drive from downtown Naples, the homes will offer either water views of lakes (10 lakes in total), landscaped, or lush preserve views. In all, there will be 40 homes. When considering the size of the development, this would allow for ample space and privacy for each abode. There will be seven models to choose from.
The community boasts a huge and impressive 12,000 square foot club house.

The homes range from 2 to 5 bedrooms, and from two to seven bathrooms.
The homes will either have 2 or 3 garage spaces.
Homes will range from 1,900 t0 4,300 square feet.
Prices range from the $600s to the $800s. The CDD fees are $2,048 per year.
Move ins will begin in July of this year.
