Currently under construction by Lennar Homes, America’s largest builder, the gated community of Sereno Grove will offer estate-style modern coastal home designs. All 3 distinctive styles come with Lennar’s signature “Everything Included” program which provides buyers with numerous features and amenities included in the offering price. The community will total sixty-four single family homes when completed. So far, under 30 have been released for sale by the builders and 18 have already sold. The first move-ins will begin in September/October of this year.
