Seychelles: A New Community Coming to Naples
Seychelles, currently under construction, will feature charming, coastal themed carriage style condominium residences. The community will contain 224 units in 28 two story buildings (8 units per building). The 33-acre gated property is anchored by three lakes and 4 acres of natural preserves, affording residents a choice of water or preserve views. Additionally, there are no CDD fees.
For, Neal Communities, one of the area’s most prolific builders, this will be their sixth condo development in Collier County.
The community, located just off Santa Barbara Boulevard, is about a ten-minute drive to Olde Naples and the beaches. The airport is about 35 minutes away. Neighboring communities include Countryside and Madison Park to the north, Falling Waters to the west, Firano to the east, and Mandalay to the south. Nearby shopping centers include Berkshire Commons with grocery, banking, supermarket, and dining options.
Seychelles will feature a resort-style pool, a 4,500 square foot clubhouse which will house a fitness studio, social hall, spa, fire pit, and event lawn.
With four design options to choose from, prospective buyers have a choice of two-or three-bedroom floorplans, all with 2 bathrooms. Additionally, each unit also includes an attached one or two car garages. Although most specifics are not yet available, the units offer stainless steel kitchen appliances.
The floor plans range from 1,339 to 1,725 under air square feet.
Although a price list has not yet been released, Neal Communities is also currently constructing Avalon of Naples condo development which sits less than a mile from Seychelles. Avalon’s residences have similar carriage home floorplans (with two or three bedrooms), and similar design, garage options, and square footage. In Avalon the prices start in the high $200,000.
In a comment to the Naples Daily News, Michael Greenberg, the southwest Florida regional president for Neal Communities said, “We are doing well at Avalon and expect to be done there by fall, and this [Seychelles] will be following right after that for next season. It’s the same product that we did over at Avalon.”
According to a sales consultant I spoke with in Neal’s Bonita Springs office, Seychelles will be ready for occupancy in early 2020.
