Townhouse homes at Sonoma Oaks, a new condominium community located off Collier Boulevard near
Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, will begin to become available in March 2023. This gated community
features a large swimming pool with cabanas, a lake and attached two-story homes. The community will
have 114 homes when completed.

Their warrantee includes 10-year coverage on structural elements of the home, 5-year coverage on
various types of water infiltration and internal leaks, 2-year coverage on the workability of plumbing,
electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems, and 1-year coverage on materials and workmanship.
The warrantee is transferable.
Pulte places serious emphasis on energy efficiency. Included are Low E windows to reduce energy loss
and control heat transfer while reducing EV rays which can cause fading on some furniture. The HVAC
systems are appropriately powered to deliver proper cooling while lowering energy consumption (lower
electric bills). The appliances were also selected to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
