Tamarindo
Tamarindo is a new community located in Naples on Sabal Road, just east of Collier Boulevard between U.S. 41 and I-75. Naples’ beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, with its ten miles of pristine white sands, voted the best beaches in the country by The Travel Channel, is just a twenty-minute drive away. First-rate shopping and dining in downtown Naples (5th Avenue), the Mercado, and the Waterside Shops are all also about a twenty-minute drive. The developer is D.H. Horton, the largest homebuilder in the United States, with seventeen communities in Florida, many of which are on the west coast.
This gated community is set on 106 acres with 251 private, one-story homes.
Tamarindo boasts a modern clubhouse featuring a pool (with lap lanes), state of the art fitness center, banquet room, 4 bocci ball courts, and 3 pickleball courts. While the community doesn’t have its own golf course, Naples has been called the “Golf Capital of the World,” with eighty championship golf courses in proximity to Tamarindo.
