Distinctive Residential Construction is a luxury homebuilder centered in Naples Florida with 25 years of experience. The company focuses on the homes, itself, as opposed to the community amenities. Therefore, smaller tracts of land are necessary rather than the multi-product mega developments by national builders that have dominated the region. This results in very low association fees of just $322 per month. The Enclave is a perfect example of a low density, intimate development. Hence, there are no clubhouses, golf courses, or fitness rooms. Further there are no community pools because each of these luxury homes has a private pool included in the purchase price (A private spa is optional.)

This gated Naples community of coastal, contemporary architecture sits on 18 acres and has just 27 smart homes. It contains two lakes and a forest preserve area, offering residents a choice of water or preserve views. There are five fully customizable floorplans. The homes have the latest technology built in. Each residence includes has oversized windows inviting lots of light to cascade in. Additionally, each residence has a 3-car garage.

Design packages specify the highest quality materials including Crystal cabinetry and Viking appliances in the kitchens, and Anderson windows throughout the home. Kitchens also include Kohler faucets (also in bathrooms), large islands, under cabinet LED lights. Laundry rooms are equipped with Whirlpool top load washer/dryers.
Living areas are tiled; all bedrooms are carpeted. High ceilings run through the entire unit. Each residence also includes camera-smart security and smart door locking. The homes are equipped with Cor-WiFi thermostats, Lutron smart lighting, smart hot water heaters, smart doorbells, smart garage openers, and fiber optic – rocket fast internet.
Examples of the smart home design are the fiber-optic conversion station and a swimming pool alert system. Also, for families with young children, every door and window that opens to the pool is hardwired to an alert system. The pool can be controlled by a cell phone app to help homeowners monitor the water temperature. Inside the home is a front doorbell camera, a complete security system, interior motion sensors, and an internal siren.
These fully one-and two-story customizable homes have three to five bedrooms and range from 3,300 to 5,200 square feet.
