The Island at the West Bay Club
If elegance and ultimate luxury are your desires in a new home and you have the wallet to match, The Island may just be the place for you. The Island will be a hi-rise condominium building which will have 86 units and stand 23 stories high. The community, located in Estero, is about a half hour drive to downtown Naples.
The Island is set within the West Bay Club (an additional 704 residences) which currently sits on about 900 acres of manicured, verdant land, partially within a protected, natural preserve. There is a manned gatehouse at the entrance.

The square footage ranges from 3,250 to 6,025 (for the penthouses).
The prices range from $2.2 million to over $7 million (for the penthouses).
The Island has just started offering contracts for purchase in February – so far 29 buyers have concluded a contract.
The Island at the West Bay Club will be ready for move-ins in November of 2024.
