Renowned homebuilders Lennar and Pulte have teamed up to create a new community, The Place at Corkscrew, ideally located in Estero. Just 28 miles (about a 34-minute drive) from the heart of Naples, this luxurious development offers very moderate price points. While Lennar has not released much information on their planned homes yet, Pulte has offered significant information, with the first model home ready for viewing on July 24, 2017.
These single-family homes in this gated community all have two or three indoor garages and are accompanied by resort-style amenities. The community will have its own marketplace, café, restaurant, and bar. The Place boasts a beach entry resort pool with a 100-foot water slide and two waterfalls, multiple pit fires, plentiful sports courts (basketball, bocce, pickleball, tennis, volleyball) and fitness center. An 18-hole golf course is just minutes away. There is even a playground for the young ones. And one doesn’t have to venture to Naples to find first class shopping and other enjoyments. The Miromar Outlets (less than 13 minutes away) and Coconut Point are both close by offering shopping and fine dining. Breathtaking beaches with cabanas are part of the community. The community will have multiple lakes, but a particularly lovely touch is that the oversized spa has lake views.
The well-known kitchen appliance brands offered are affordable, yet durable and dependable as well as technologically forward looking, with names such as Whirlpool and KitchenAid (an all stainless steel option is available). Whether you are a gas range devotee or prefer induction cooktops, there are options to meet your needs. Backsplash tile choices range from mosaic patterns, stainless steel tiles, or more traditional designs. The kitchen countertops are granite, and the floors have varied tiling options.
The bedrooms have carpeted floors, while the living areas are tiled. The bathrooms have tiled floors and granite countertops.
Attention to detail is evident with the inclusion in each home of the Pulte Planning Center. This is an office where checks can be written, bills paid, emails sent and even homework done. In essence, it provides a space to manage your busy life and stay organized.
Each home includes a laundry room with washer/dryer. Pulte refers to the room as the “Super Laundry,” because in addition to the machines, there is a folding area, generous cabinet space, a faucet, and enough room to attack serious cleaning tasks like muddy shoes and dirty household items that were accidentally soiled.
Each home comes with a patio or lanai (some models have both).
These unique, single family home designs range from the high $200s to the $500s and are available in one or two-story floor plans, and vary from 2 to 6 bedrooms and 2 to 6 and a half bathrooms. The floor plans range from 1,674 to over 3,900 square feet.
