Grandezza is a 550 acre gated country club community of single family homes, villas, carriage homes, and condominiums. The Club at Grandezza offers every resident a choice of joining as a Golf Member, Social Member or Sports Member.
The 53,000 square foot clubhouse boasts a junior Olympic size pool, spa, pro shop, walking paths, indoor and outdoor dining, fitness center and six Har Tru tennis courts. Grandezza has recently redecorated with classic European murals, beautiful flower arrangements, and luxury furnishings.
Grandezza offers an 18 hole Darwin Sharpe III designed par 72 golf course. This course is a championship course with marshes, natural oak and pine sanctuaries, rolling greens, fairways with sharp elevations, and a water/land driving range.
Grandezza has two types of Golf Membership available to residents and Golf members are entitled to full use of the club and its facilities. Golf Members pay cart and trail fees but do not need to pay green or court fees.
Signature Golf Membership: this is limited to those that are 75 years or older. Nov-Apr: discounted green fees for golf facilities; only pay cart or trail fees. May-Oct: unlimited golf privileges for cart fees only. Annual Trial Golf Membership: this entitles member to try the golf membership for one year. This membership is non-transferable and the applicable initiation fee must be paid after one year or the membership will be revoked.
Grandezza offers a Sports Membership that entitles its members to use the tennis, social, swimming, and fitness areas of the club. Member will also have these golf privileges:
Nov-Apr: Sports members are allowed twelve tee times during this period after paying a daily green and cart fee. The practice and driving range are available to these members on days that they have a scheduled tee time and after 1pm on days without one. May-Oct: Sports members have unlimited golf privileges after paying a cart fee.
Grandezza has a mandatory Resident Social Membership for residents who are not part of a higher member category. This membership entitles the member to use the swimming, fitness, tennis and social facilities of the club. There is no golf or range privilege included at this level, but may play golf as a guest of a Golf or Sports member up to six times a year.
